Terms of Use
These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for IrisCam.
Your license to use IrisCam is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these supplemental terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s terms or applicable law.
1. IrisCam
IrisCam provides camera, composition-guidance, filtering, beauty, editing, library, and related features. Guidance and generated results are creative tools, not professional advice, and results may vary by device, scene, lighting, and subject.
2. Free access and Pro
IrisCam may offer limited free use of selected features. Pro may be available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription, yearly auto-renewable subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Current products, prices, taxes, eligibility, and localized terms are displayed by the App Store before confirmation.
3. Subscriptions and free trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial with the yearly subscription when the offer is shown by Apple. After the trial, Apple charges the displayed yearly price unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting IrisCam does not cancel a subscription.
4. Billing, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes all payments and refunds. Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Refund requests and billing disputes must be submitted through Apple, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law.
5. Lifetime purchase
The lifetime product unlocks IrisCam’s current Pro feature set for the life of the app and the purchasing Apple Account, subject to platform availability and the Standard EULA. It does not guarantee unrelated future products, external services, or features that require separately priced ongoing services.
6. Share Your Experience reward
The reward program is optional and is not required to use purchased Pro access. A qualifying public post may receive 30 days of promotional Pro after manual review. Submissions must be authentic, publicly accessible during review, lawful, and related to IrisCam. App Store ratings or reviews are not required. Duplicate, misleading, infringing, automated, or abusive submissions may be rejected. IrisCam may limit, modify, suspend, or end the program, while honoring promotional access already granted unless abuse or fraud is identified.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse IrisCam, interfere with its services, evade limits, submit content you do not have the right to share, or use the app unlawfully. IrisCam and its original software, interface, and branding remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. You retain rights in photos and content you create.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change to improve safety, reliability, compatibility, or compliance. Network-backed purchase, reward, and support functions may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IrisCam is provided under the warranty and liability terms in the Apple Standard EULA.
